The Bonkoin debuted alongside The Bonkening as a limited edition "Bonk Box".
Each box featured a Bonkoin Mini, Bonkoin Proto Glow Inertia, Goos Gang disc, and Bonkening Disc. Facebook link for that here.
Later, some more Bonkoin Inertias were released, and a few even appeared on Proto Blue Glow Virus!
