Scott Oswalt is a local KC artist. This design started around the idea of a chinese fortune cat and evolved a bit toward the end. The accent colors really pop when you flicker the disc back and forth in your hand. You will see more from Scott with DFX and the KC Wide Open 40th anniversary later this spring/summer.
