Claim your GGG number

Open your Profile

Sign in and go to Profile → the Golden Goose Gang card.

Find your entry

In Find your entry, type your name to search the roster. Your entry shows your member number, name, and join date.

“This is me”

Tap This is me. Your claim goes to Pending for admin review — you can Cancel claim any time before approval.

Get verified

An admin checks the claim against the original proof post. Approved → your card flips to VERIFIED · GGG # and your number shows on your profile and the roster.

The claim happens on your Profile page, in the Golden Goose Gang card. You need to be signed in.

Starting a claim

  1. Go to Profile and find the Golden Goose Gang card.
  2. In Find your entry, type your name to search the roster.
  3. When you see your entry — it shows your member number, name, and join date — tap This is me.

What proof you need

Entries are drawn from the existing GGG roster, so your claim is really you saying "that numbered entry is me." An admin checks it against the original submission (the archived proof post). If your entry links to its original post, you'll see an Original entry post link.

What happens after you submit

Your claim goes to Pending. The card shows a PENDING · GGG #<your number> badge and "An admin will verify your claim shortly." You can Cancel claim any time before it's approved.

Getting verified

Once an admin approves it, the card flips to VERIFIED · GGG #<your number> and your membership shows on your public profile and the roster. To remove a verified claim later, message a mod.

What is the Golden Goose Gang?

The Golden Goose Gang (GGG) is the roll of honor for collectors who've thrown a Golden Goose disc for the first time. It's a numbered membership — each member has a GGG number — and you can see the full roster on the GGG page.

What counts as a Golden Goose Gang entry?

You earn a spot by being the first person to throw a previously-unthrown Golden Goose (GG) disc, with video proof. Each numbered entry records the member and the disc (mold + plastic) they threw.

I'm a GGG member from before the new site — how do I connect my account?

Just make an account, set your handle, and use the Find your entry search on your Profile to claim your existing number. Some founders' handles are pre-reserved — if yours is and you can't set it, reach out and we'll sort it.

How long does GGG verification take?

It's a manual review by an admin, so it's not instant — but claims are checked as soon as a mod gets to the queue. If a previous claim of yours was rejected, message a mod before re-submitting.

Where does my GGG membership show up?

Once verified: on your dashboard (a gold GGG badge), your public profile, and in the main GGG roster with your number and the disc you threw.
